Free standard shipping (Expected Delivery: 3-6 Business Days) is offered to customers located within the US who meet our order minimums which are: 

*no shipping transit times are guaranteed and may be influenced by delivery location, peak shipping seasons, weather related delays, and other circumstances outside our realm of control.  There is no mail service on U.S. federal holidays.  An additional business day may be added to your shipping transit time if your delivery period includes a federal holiday.

VIP orders (Expected Delivery: 2-4 Business Days) are guaranteed to be processed within 1 business day, including during high volume periods. This processing upgrade can be selected at checkout for a flat rate of $10 USD.

If you have specific questions regarding your order, our customer service team will be glad to help.  We are available via live chat on our website and by phone at 888-426-1020 between the hours of 9:00a - 5:00p EST, Monday through Friday. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and shopping cart information for accuracy before completing the purchase.  

If you are utilizing Amazon Pay or Shopify Pay, please note that your saved shipping address and payment option may be outdated. These quick-pay features will override the ship-to address with the address stored in your pay account. Refunds, exchanges, and/or replacement shipments will not be issued on the basis of an inaccurate address or incorrectly ordered item. Woolino is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

For buyers outside of the United States, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that products comply with import regulations, quotas and health code requirements of the destination country.

Canadian Customers:

Please visit woolino.ca to place an order in local CAD currency and get your order shipped from our Canadian warehouse. Free shipping minimums differ on our Canadian store. 

International Customers:

International orders over 1 pound are shipped with Fedex International Connect Plus. This service is 2-5 business days and starts as low as $14.99. Location specific rates will be provided at checkout. International orders under 1 pound are shipped with USPS International First Class (1-4 weeks service) for a flat fee of $11.

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that you may have to pay ahead of delivery once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
